Emotional well-being is at the heart of every experience, interaction and response that we all have in our everyday lives. If we are feeling well in ourselves, our experiences will be more positive.
Life can bring wonderful moments but it can also bring stresses and strains that can be difficult to cope with. Our aim is to teach the people self-care and mindfulness skills/practices that can be easily implemented into everyday life.
We are starting a 4 week mindfulness class over zoom on Thursdays for the next 4 weeks starting on the 29th October. Classes begin at 10.30am till 12 noon.
