Minding your Mind


Create balance and happiness by simply teaching our minds to become more present and shift our focus.

You will learn a range of concepts and techniques such as meditation, self-compassion, breathing and body awareness, the simple pleasures in life and the health benefits of mindfulness

Classes begin Monday 13 September and will be conducted online at 9.45am every Monday for 6 weeks.
