Outreach programme
Our outreach programme is run in conjunction with Crosscare.
Crosscare primarily address poverty, marginalisation and social exclusion issues in Dublin.
In 2015 Rosemount re-established its connections with Crosscare and successfully ran a joint outreach programme for young people, within the catchment area. This was held every Tuesday afternoon and evening and involved Crosscare using their mobile transport unit, to go into designated estates and reaching out to young people.
Activities were service led by the participants but the primary goal was to engage and listen to young people and discuss their needs.
