Annual Christmas Dinner
2 December
Thanks to all participants of our classes and programmes. The Christmas menu was amazing and done by our equally amazing Chef. All seemed to enjoy the food, the company and the Secret Santa presents. Thank you to Everyone for coming, hope you all enjoyed yourselves, without your continued support we wouldn't be here.

Blanchardstown Shopping Centre
1 December
We are off to Blanchardstown Shopping Centre on 1st December for a chance to do some Christmas shopping. We will be leaving the Centre at 10am and returning at 3pm. The cost is €5 return.

Powerscourt House and Gardens
25 August
Our next trip is to the amazing Powerscourt House and Gardens on the 25th of August. Cost of this trip is a reasonable €10, which includes Travel and Entrance Fee into Powerscourt House and Gardens.

Community Fun Day
August 12
We are hosting our annual Community Fun Day on Thursday 12th August from 11am to 2pm.
There will be live music from kieran Kelly and ukulele players. We will also have a bouncy castle for the little one, (adults must accompany all children) and BBQ on the day. All are welcome.

Botanic Gardens
4 August
They will be visiting the National Bontanic Gardens in Glasnevin on the 4th August for a day out. The price is €5 for the day. For more information about the day, simply contact the Centre on 01 2166131.

Egg Hunt
14 April
If you like Easter Eggs and want to have a bit of fun with your kids at Easter, we are holding our annual Easter Egg Clue Hunt on the 14th April between 10am - 1pm in the old Dundrum Shopping Centre at Lidl. Come along with your children and win a egg.

Grief Cafe Group
From April
We are now running a grief cafe for people who have suffered loss or bereavement in their lives. All are welcome to pop in and share warm memories of your loved ones over a cup of a tea in a safe and confidential setting from 11am to 2pm every second Monday.
This service ia run by a qualified psychotherapist and trained grief volunteers. Read more..

UN International Older Persons Day
October 1
Many thanks to all who helped us celebrate UN International Day of Older Persons. The ladies and gents enjoyed chair yoga and wellness classes. Special shout out to our ukulele players Rathfarnham RUGGS who kept everyone entertained.
Much thanks and appreciation to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council for funding this event.

Garden Get-Together
July 1
A warm welcome back to another group we've missed. We where joined by the members of the Social group along with the Cathaoirleach Lettie McCarthy, the Lord Mayor of Dundrum Martha Lynam and members of An Garda Siochana.
We had an amazing morning in the garden catching up with friends and having a sing along to songs played by the brilliant Rathfarnham Ukulele Group. We look forward to welcoming back more of our amazing groups soon.

Easter Clue Hunt

Find the clue, solve the riddle and collect the egg. We are holding an Easter Clue Hunt on the 29th March. This event will take place in Lidl Dundrum car park and Dundrum main street shops. Please join us throughout the day. Read more..

International Women's Day

World Book Day

On Thursday we celebrated Word Book Day in collaboration with DLR Libraries, Dundrum. Children had a great time looking at all the new books and board games avaibable. Many thanks to Detta and her team and Sarah at Dundrum library.

Cool Dudes Cookery

Christmas Raffle

Thanks to all who joined us on Friday for tea, coffee and our Christmas Raffle. It was lovely to catch up over a cuppa. Many thanks to all who bought tickets. Congratulations to all who won prizes and better luck next year to the rest of you.

Christmas Lunch

This year's Christmas lunch was held at The Goat in goatstown. Thanks to all who turned out for a lovely meal and enjoyable afternoon.

Coding Competition

Congratulations to all the children that took part in our coding competition. A big thank you to Sean, Ger and Justin for all your hard work and continued support. Your work is much appreciated by all. Many thanks to all of staff at the Centre and congratulations to all participants.

Children's Day

Fantastic Children's Day celebrations at our homework club children. We had a lot of fun and plenty of treats. A big thank you to Jen's Cakes for her lovely donation that tasted delicious.

Fundraising Coffee Morning
Friday 28th June - 11am to 1pm
Come and join us at the Centre for a chat over tea or coffee and biscuits on Friday 28th June. Refreshments will be served from 10.30am to 1.30pm.

Art Exhibition - Dundrum Library
There is currently an excellent art exhibition in Dundrum Library of our pupils work at the Centre. Massive thanks you to all contributors for taking part and a massive congratulations to our teacher Caroline for her super work as always.
Holistic Therapy Morning
Monday 13th May - 10am
Many thanks to all involved in our Holistic Therapy Morning on Monday 13th May as part of the Tusla National Child and Family Support Week 2019. This event was a huge success and as a result we are delighted to announce another session at the centre on the 10th of June. Please note, places are limited so we advise you to book early.

Japanses Gardens & Irish Stud Farm
Wednesday 8th May - 10am
Bus leaving centre at 10am sharp. Tea/coffee on arrival in Kildare. Guided tour of the gardens at 11.45am with horticulturist. 2pm visit to Kildare Ourlet Village. Leaving Kildare area at 3pm sharp. Inclusive cost €25.

Easter Camp 2019
The Easter Camp was a hugh success. We would like to thank everyone who took part this year and for all your feedback. It was a great week for all involved.

Rosemount Family Resource Centre would like to sincerely thank the team at SuperValu - Churchtown for their continued support and kindness over the years.
The generosity Supervalu have shown in helping us at numerous events from BBQs to kids camps is most gratefully appreciated by organisers, volunteers and participants alike.

Cheque Presented in Support of Grinds Program
Rosemount Family Resource Centre have been kindly presented with a cheque for €500 by Capital Credit Union in support of the grinds program. Members of the centre Louise, Anne and Melanie were invited to receive the cheque at Capital Credit Union offices in Dundrum by Jonathon Fenton.
Our Grinds supports cover a broad spectrum of the Irish education system and all levels catered for. For further information please contact the centre.
